What is not working: hmmm... can't really think of anything, other than slight lack of motivation.
Other thoughts: Exciting to think that we could be done with this in 2 weeks!! Is is really going to end, and look amazing and be all it can be? I'm sure it will and more!

What is not working: jumping in and "helping" need to let others do their jobs.
Other thoughts: So rather than emailing the team, I emailed Auston, pipeline coordinator to get his feedback on how to bring things back together. I gave him my suggestions and left the resolution for him, happy to help when asked. My tendency to jump in and fix things overtook me again and I may have stepped on other's toes in my eagerness to "help". I am taking a step back.

Back in the saddle again...

What is working: I am !! getting lots of photos processed.
What is not working: Getting lost in detail work and forgetting my role, big picture. Lack of overall team communication.
Other thoughts: So woke up this morning realizing that the team has gotten fragmented and wondering how this had happened. Then I realized that I had not sent out an email after the first work session to let the whole team know what was happening and what each person needs to complete. Also had been talking with those who here and not with those that need to know. So I will be emailing the team with updates and for updates. Emailing back is key to the whole team.

All Spring has broken out...

Other thoughts: I'm sure some work sessions will work out, just seems like it will be hard to keep this ball rolling, must be an uphill slope right now. Locked my keys in
